Factory Testing
The system is assembled at our factory and run as a complete unit before it is packed, so its gas, powder and control circuits are proven as a working assembly.

Installation
The system is installed on site and connected to the services it needs, with the gun, feeder and control cabinet placed where the operator works.

Commissioning
Parameters are set on the parts you run: gas flows, powder feed and gun movement are adjusted until the coating result is where it should be.

Training & Guidance
Your operators are shown routine operation, consumable replacement and everyday maintenance, and technical guidance stays available after handover.
